Halloween Festivities

I got to wear my special costume that Aunt Debbie made for me all weekend. It was nice, puffy and warm. It was my very first Halloween and boy was it exciting. I loved being the Hokie Bird. The Hokies are my favorite !!! Hope everyone had a happy halloween, I sure did. Happy Halloween !!!

Lots of family and friends...

Wow-wee, I've had a busy weekend. Last Friday, Daddy drove me and Mommy to Winchester. We spent the night with my grandpa and grandma. It was lots of fun. I got to stay up later than usual :o) Saturday morning, Daddy drove us to the Bohmer's house. I got to meet Brycen and his baby sister Gianna. Uncle Taj and Aunt Lori met us there and we had lunch too. Then, it was off to Silver Spring for Uncle George's birthday party. Cousin Kris and Cousin Clay had it at their house. I saw my great grandparents, my aunts and uncles, more cousins and I got to meet more family. After the party, we went to my Ong Ngoai and Ba Ngoai's house. We spent the night there and spent time together in the morning. Then, we were off to meet Allison and Jordan. They are my new monteith friends. Afterwards, we had a late lunch with Ong Ngoai and Ba Ngoai, Aunt Debbie, Uncle TJ and Aunt Erica. Then, it was back to Greensboro. I slept the entire way except for a stop at Sheetz so that everyone could get snacks. Then, we finally got home and I slept for a while. Then we got up early to meet Uncle Frank and Uncle Angel before they left for their vacation. It was great meeting them. I was tired, but it was so great to see and meet everyone. Besides being tired, I am also starting to cut 2 brand new teeth. They are on the bottom and really have been bothering me. I'm tough ( just like Daddy) but since it hurts me, mommy and daddy gave me some tylenol. Other than that, I'm just so excited that Halloween is around the corner. Aunt Debbie made me the best costume ever. Check back next week to see how great it is. I tried it on over the weekend and loved being in it. Uncle Frank and me.

I'm a little sad right now because Monday was Sarah's last day watching me. Sarah and Ashley have been coming over everyday since Mommy starting working. They love me and I love them. But Sarah is moving to Hawaii this week to start a new job. I'm really going to miss her playing with me. But I am lucky because Ashley will continue to watch me and play with me. Sarah and me

Mommy & Daddy's Little Pumpkin...

This past weekend, mommy and daddy decided to take me to the pumpkin patch. The Bopps came with us too. Daddy drove us to the "Punkin Patch " - we should have known that it wouldn't be so great 'cause they didn't even spell their sign correctly. We drove by and it was pretty disappointing - they only had 8 "punkins" on their front lawn. So, we all decided to drive to the Farmer's Market. There were plenty of pumpkins there and we were able to get 2 pumpkins to take home with us. Daddy went to the JETS game this weekend with Uncle TJ, so Mommy and I hung out, did some shopping and had dinner both nights with the Bopps. Its good to have daddy back with us. The pumpkins are almost as big as me.

Sleep is good...

Well today makes it 4 nights in a row that I've slept through the night. Last night, I slept until 7:45 am. I've been such a good boy - sleeping in my crib and sleeping all night with my favorite blankie. Daddy and Mommy are so proud of me. Even more exciting news, today my friend Jordan Stone was born at 4:40 pm to Aunt Brett and Uncle Jeff. I'm going to meet her next weekend. A new friend for me - Yippeee !!! My favorite part of bath time is getting dried off and dressed afterwards.

My dad is the smartest ...

I'm not a pipsqueak after all ! My dad checked the picture and if you look closely, I weigh 13 lbs 13 oz, not 13 lbs 3 oz. The nurse wrote it down incorrectly on my chart. For once, all the pictures that mom takes of me actually came in handy. Either way, I'm not looking forward to going back there. I have to get my flu shot next week - thankfully dad & mom always go with me and hold me afterwards.

I'm 4 months old !!!

Well, I'm 4 months old now. Wow - its gone by fast. This past weekend was fun. I got to go to the zoo on Saturday with my mommy & daddy and the Bopps. On Sunday, daddy went to the JETS/Ravens game in Baltimore, so I hung out with mommy. She took me to a craft show and we did some shopping. I don't really like shopping but I go with her so she has someone to go with. Today, I went to my 4 month check up. Daddy and Mommy say that I'm a pipsqueak. I am in the 50th percentile for height - 25 inches and 25th percentile for weight - I'm only 13 lbs and 3 oz. - Mommy says good things come in small packages. I'm happy here - I don't know the nurse is about to come in and give me 4 shots - ouch !
Today I weigh 13 lbs and 3 oz.
I give out lots of smiles when Daddy gets home.
My favorite part of the day is when my daddy comes home from work & I see home walk through the door.
