Last week, my Daddy took me to the ACC Mascot Event to check out the Hall of Champions (my dad designed it) and to see if I could meet the Hokie Bird (again).

Sure enough, we got to see the Hokie Bird.  I bet he liked my shirt.

Pajama Day

We celebrated Dr Seuss all week in kindergarten because last Wednesday was his birthday. So, on Friday as a special treat - we all wore our pajamas to school and brought our favorite Dr Seuss book to share with the class. I brought Miles & Miles of Reptiles to share with my friends and Mrs. Shaw.

Star Wars Spaghettios

On Thursday, Mommy made my lunch (obviously not Daddy) and she packed me Spaghettios for the first time. I still prefer Grandma/Daddy's homemade sauce but it was good and I ate it all. Spaghettios were kept nice and warm in the cool Star Wars thermos that Aunt Tam got for me. Thanks Aunt Tam, I love you.

I gotta make time for my Hopkins family

Ever since school started, it's been harder and harder to get together with my Hopkins family but last week we decided that we missed each other and needed to meet for dinner.

Mommy and Daddy are super proud of me for how much I have improved each week and my awesome stick-with-it attitude.

The Seussical

Last week, my kindergarten class got to go on our first field trip to see the Seussical - Dr Seuss' musical

My mommy drove some of us to the play - Me, Gus, Jordan & Anthony

It was a full house, my class got there early and got front row seats.

This is the day after the Hokies beat Duke and the day after my Daddy was on Sportscenter, for real.

Lunch Bunch

I love it when my Burch family comes to visit during the week because that usually means that they'll come see me at lunch. Sure enough, Aunt Tam, Cousin Nathan (he's in the hallway) and Cousin Emerson came to have lunch with me a few weeks ago.

Daddy plays in an indoor league with some friends and since Daddy is at all my games, I went to support Daddy at his game.
I even got to see Daddy score a few goals just like me.

Saturday Hockey Session

There was an open hockey session a few weeks ago, so I took my Ba Ngoai & Ong Ngoai to watch me.

I like when my daddy puts on his skates and plays hockey with me.
