New & old friends...

Well, I've had a busy week again. My Ong Ngoai and Ba Ngoai came for a quick visit to see me and I gave them lots of smiles while they were here. On Friday night, I went to dinner with mommy & daddy. They went to eat sushi and I just sat on Daddy's lap. On Saturday, I watched the HOKIES beat Georgia Tech by a whole lotta points. I watched the game at home with mommy & daddy. During halftime, I went with mommy to meet her friend Ryane and Trey. It was great to meet a new friend. Trey is 2 months older than me. On Sunday, we woke up and got ready for Erich's baptism. We hung out afterwards at the Bopps. I was so pooped that I even slept for a little while in Erich's crib before we went home. Then, it was back to work for Mommy and Daddy. Its been a good week so far playing with Ashley and Sarah. I'm testing out this fun exersaucer. My friend Bria let me borrow hers. Its pretty fun with all these things on it to play with and look at - Bria was so nice to let me play with it.
I fell asleep on Mommy. Its my other favorite place to snooze ( the other place is with Daddy)
Here's our family with the Bopps for Erich's baptism.

Daddy and Jovie are posing for a picture after Erich's baptism.
I get to meet Mommy's friend Ryane and my new friend Trey. Trey fell asleep while I was there but we got to spend some time together before his bedtime.

Here I am with my Ba Ngoai - her and Ong Ngoai came to visit me again.

Crib notes...

Well, it has officially been a week since I started sleeping in my own crib in my own room. Mommy and Daddy slept with me in my room the first night ( I was ok but it made Mommy feel better ). They put me in my crib every night and sometimes I sleep until 6 or 7:00 ish but if I wake up in the middle of the night - I never seem to get back to my crib. Mommy lets me sleep with them after I eat :o) This past weekend, Aunt Lori came down to Greensboro to hang out with me and Mommy. We drove down to see Piper and Aunt Hill & Uncle Pat in Charlotte. We had a fun time at lunch and just hanging out. I loved spending the weekend with Aunt Lori. She held me lots and gave me plenty of hugs and kisses. She even sang to me in the backseat of the car. On Sunday, I went with Mommy and Daddy to CheapSeats to watch the Jets game. I was a pretty good boy. We watched the JETS play the Dolphins and win the game. It was a good weekend - the Hokies and JETS both won. On Monday - we all drove to Cary for me to meet Aunt Kimmie ( who lives in Hawaii now ) for the first time. Her and Brad met us at Uncle TJ's house. We got to eat lunch and hang out for the afternoon. When we got to Uncle TJ's house, we were suprised & happy to see Aunt Pat. She was there on business and we got to see her for a little bit too. Its always busy during football season and since this is my first one - Its been pretty exciting. Some exciting news to share - on September 8th - Aunt Emily gave birth to my friend Allison Taylor. We haven't met yet but we will soon. Another Monteith friend for me. I'm so lucky to be the only boy in the family so far :o) I love those Hokies ! Sporting my new cap that Cousin Sydney sent to me. It used to be her's and now I have it to wear during football season.

I finally get to meet Aunt Kimmie and Brad - they came all the way from Hawaii.
What a fun surprise to see Aunt Pat.
Lucky me - I got a kiss from Piper before I went home.
Piper and I are watching Sesame Street while Mommy and Aunt Hill want us to be looking at the camera.
Aunt Lori, Mommy and I go see Aunt Hill and my friend Piper.
Jovie joins us on my activity mat.
Here I am hanging out with my buddy Erich - we're wondering why everyone is eating dinner except for us ?

My fancy 3 month pictures...

Today, I went to take my 3 month pictures. My mommy made me wear this outfit and Daddy liked that I wore my Hokie outfit too. Thankfully, Daddy was there with me to make me smile for the camera.

My family and football...

I had a fun filled weekend again. On Wednesday, my Ong Ngoai and Ba Ngoai came down to play with me. They left on Friday to go back home. Lucky for me, my Grandpa and Grandma came down on Friday to see me. We went to the VT/Duke game on Saturday. I got to tailgate in the parking lot with my parents, grandparents, Uncle TJ, Aunt Erica, Keith, Keele and Bria. We went to the game and I saw my first HOKIE touchdown before I fell asleep. It was too hot, so I didn't see much of the rest of the game. It was still fun though. It was great to see the HOKIES win again this weekend and spend time with my family. I love my Grandpa and Grandma
I love my Ba Ngoai and Ong Ngoai

Lets Go HOKIES !!!

What a fun labor day weekend. Mommy and Daddy took me to the McGregors on Saturday to begin the festivities. We were there for a BBQ and I got to meet Frank, Stephanie, Eric and Leigh. I even got to see Julie. The very next day, we hung out at Uncle TJ and Aunt Erica's before the VT/NC State game. It was so exciting, I started to laugh really hard while Daddy talked to me. It was the best sound my mommy has ever heard. Then, everyone left to watch the game and I went over to Keele and Bria's house to watch on television since it was past our bedtime. I showed Keele how I can laugh and how I love hearing myself laugh. I was so close to rolling over from my back to my belly. I can kick hard enough so that I can maneuver myself anywhere I want on the floor. I watched the entire game before I finally fell asleep. Besides everything else that happened this weekend, I even slept really well. On Friday night, I slept from 9:30pm to 7:30 am. Saturday night, I slept from 8:00 pm - 6:30 am. Mommy and Daddy are so proud of me. 1st win of the season feels good - Oh yeah !!!
I'm looking for Daddy at the game - its past my bedtime
